Product Overview

HX-Castor Oil is a release agent designed for use with natural latex molds. It helps prevent cement and concrete castings from sticking to latex molds and also acts as a parting agent between latex molds and plaster back-up shells.

In addition to its release properties, HX-Castor Oil can help maintain and rejuvenate natural latex molds that have been repeatedly used, helping preserve flexibility and improve mold life.

Application Summary

Dilute with alcohol before use as directed.
Apply by brush or spray to the mold surface.
Use as a release agent for cement and concrete casting.
Apply between latex molds and plaster back-up shells when needed.
Reapply as required during mold maintenance.
